TERMS

Plain version: it is a game, it is free, it is in development, please do not attack it.

Who can play

You must be at least 18. The game includes interaction with other players, and it is not available to anyone under 18.

The service

Blow Your Mine is provided as-is while in development. Boards, scores, vaults and accounts may be reset without notice, and the service may be unavailable at any time. Nothing here is a promise that a score will survive.

Fair play

The board is generated and scored on our server, and the client is never told what is under a closed square. Do not attempt to extract board state, automate play, or submit results the game did not produce. We may end a session that does.

What you may do

Play it, share a game link with anyone, stream it, write about it. You do not need permission for any of that.

What you may not do

• Reuse the artwork, name or branding, which are ours.
• Resell access to the game, or present it as your own.
• Probe, load-test or attack the service.

Liability

It is a free game in development. We are not liable for lost scores, lost time, or anything else arising from using it, to the extent the law allows.
